However I do believe that having an element of fear of failure does give many Entrepreneur's the drive they need to succeed and better themselves and their lives. However motivation can be towards something like a goal or it can be away from something like a fearful situation. Now I would agree that it is better to have the movement towards something but sometimes it takes a bit of fear to get me going. Unitl I read this, I did not realise what it was. They spend hours even days agonising over the reaction they think they may get from the customer..... You don't know how a customer will react until you talk to them - why worry about something that may never happen. Now I have a better idea of how to deal with it. But all sound as if fear is really a long way away from their current experience - apart from Bob Griffiths. I would love to know if this is true. For me I cant say I am free of fear at all.
