		<description>I agree. I have often come across the same issue myself - normally when trying to approach a new supplier. There is absolutely no point publicising an email address if the incoming email sent to it is not going to attended to. And when I say &quot;attended to&quot;, I mean instantly. If it can&#039;t be instant then set up an auto responder on it and answer in person after. At least the person emailing will know the enquiry has been received. Then again some companies obviously aren&#039;t hungry enough for business!</description>
