Is their business going that well???? I find it very rude and it seems to happen more and more. Another thing that really annoys me is when they finally take the time to read your mail you seldom get a real answer to what you are asking. Only two days ago I got an amazingly prompt response to an inquiry with the info available on the site!!! So that lady had put her time into sending me info I already had but left my initial questions completely unanswered! What a waste of time and I will take my business elsewhere as I am am strongly doubting I am going to get the service I deserve from that company.
